"Work Ethic" is a capitalist ploy.

So I hear people talking about how Marxism is based on work ethics.

This is wrong. A worker should not work for ethical reasons, that's what they're doing right now. They slave away for corporate paymasters out of principal, and that's bullshit.

A proper worker should work because it benefits him and the people around him. This is the whole point of Marxism. The reason they got unions was because of how "work ethics" fucked people up all the time.

A person should always refuse to work if he does not find the demands satisfactory. There should be no need for them to find it emotionally valuable, just economically valuable. All work ethics cause is bad jobs with crappy benefits, and idiots who gladly take them.

So I'd say we need to scrap this idea of that "everyone who does not work is evil". When the real slogan should be "everyone who offers crappy jobs are incompetent pricks who deserve to go under".

That's how I see it anyway. I'm sick of everything being the little man's fault, and until we abandon the notions of work ethic: We'll continue to have 99% of people in this world sharing 1% of it's assets.
